- If you don't have Windows 10, download and install the latest version from Apple's website.
If the issue persists, get help:
- If you got iTunes from the Microsoft Store, contact Microsoft Support.
- If you downloaded iTunes from Apple's website, contact Apple Support.
If you see an 'iPodService.exe' alert message
Follow these steps if the message 'Cannot delete iPodService.exe: It is being used by another person or program' appears when you try to delete the iPod folder.

A note on the web browsers and iOS9 at least. We are not sure about the reason for this but some web sites, including Apple Support Communities, do not work properly with iOS9, even though they are up to date according to the distributors. I have tried 4 of the 6 in that list and found they would not work with either Apple Support Communities or United Airlines once you start needing to do something with buttons.
